Taiyiming X-ray foreign object detector is a high-performance X-ray foreign object detector developed based on the unique high-speed processing algorithm of real time and the technical basis of Korean electronic industry.

Principle: different materials in the tested products have different absorption rates after being irradiated by X-rays, which are imaged and converted into image information through the detector. The image is represented as gray image. The gray of different materials or foreign objects is different. The foreign objects are separated from the tested products through preset algorithm processing and graphic image technical analysis.
